Security & control
Autonomy, on your terms.
Singly can do real work in real accounts. So it’s built around boundaries you set, approvals you control, and a record of everything it does.
Autonomy levels
Start careful. Hand over more as trust grows.
Set per company. Change it any time.
Recommend
Singly recommends and drafts. Nothing runs without you.
Assisted
Singly prepares everything. You approve anything visible or costly.
Managed
Singly handles low-risk work and asks before anything bigger.
Autopilot
Singly operates inside your limits. It asks only for high-risk and critical actions.
Approval rules
Three lists. You can edit all of them.
These are sensible defaults. Override any rule per company — except the last list, which always requires your explicit approval.

Visible, explainable, and stoppable.
Risk engine
Every action is classified before it runs — low, medium, high or critical. Your autonomy level decides which classes run automatically. Spending above your limit raises the risk class.
Audit trail
Every action is logged with its trigger, analysis, decision, action and result. Ask “Why did you change pricing?” and Singly shows its work.
Encrypted credential vault
Integration credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Singly asks for the narrowest access that does the job — read-only where read-only is enough.
Scoped, revocable access
Each connection is scoped to one company. Disconnect an integration at any time and Singly loses access immediately. Every use is recorded in the audit trail.
Human escalation
Legal uncertainty, financial risk, an angry customer, a security incident, an irreversible action — Singly stops and says: “I need you.”
Budgets & cost control
A monthly work budget caps what Singly spends on compute. You set spend limits for cloud, tools and ads; above them, Singly asks first. External costs are shown before they’re spent.
Your company is yours: code lives in your repositories, and the domain, payment account, customers and revenue belong to you. Singly is pre-launch; formal certifications such as SOC 2 are not yet in place, and we won’t claim them until they are.
